Description:
Cellulose LCM is a blend of micronized cellulose fibers which have been designed to prevent and fix lost circulation problems. It can be used in water-base and oil-base mud, as well as work over fluids as a source of stabilizing shale, reducing torque and drag in highly deviated wells, seals depleted sands, and minimizes fluid invasion. It comes in 3 grades fine, medium, coarse.
Fiber lock Medium and Coarse Grade can be used as lost circulation additive to encounter seepage loss.
Fiber lock Fine will penetrate within the wall cake and form an impermeable thin skin on the filter bed resulting in minimal fluid invasion into formation.
Application:
Cellulose LCM is designed for the elimination of lost circulation resulting from cracks or fissures. It is ideal for drilling into various different formations such as shale, coal; unconsolidated sand .It is none damaging. The fibers are strong and resilient hence they will not readily disintegrate during circulation. It is used for sealing high permeability sands where substantial seepage loss exists, it further helps preventing differential sticking of drill strings and casing by sealing depleted sand.

Treatment and dosage
Fiberlock M and C - It is recommended mixing 25-40 ppb in the active mud system. It has proven to be very effective in sealing vulgar formations.
Fiberlock M And F –It is recommended mixing 10-20 ppb in the active mud system from medium to fine fractures.
Fiberlock fine - It is recommended mixing 3-6 ppb for fluid invasion control and minor seepage loss.
Packaging
Cellulose LCM is packed in 25kg/50 Lbs (22.68 Kg) Sacks. Private Labeling and customized packaging is also available on request
Safety and Handling
Cellulose LCM must be handled as an Industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as mentioned in the MSDS.
