Zinc Carbonate is a Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) scavenger used in drilling muds with good absorption speed due to its high specific surface.It is compatible with all water based drilling fluid systems.

 Application:

Zinc Carbonate is used to remove the sulphides caused by the intrusionof hydrogen sulfide gas in water based muds. It is non corrosive to metals.

Advantages:

• It is an effective sulphide scavenger.
• It is a relatively economical product.
• It has minimal impact on the properties of drilling fluids.
• It prevents sulphide stress corrosion of rig equipments.

Zinc Carbonate is packed in 25kg or 50 Lbs (22.68 Kg) sacks. Private Labeling and customized packaging is also available on request.
