Global drilling Fluids and Chemicals Limited set up testing laboratory for Horizontal Drilling customers and service Providers.

GDFCL has sent up a testing Laboratory for its customers in the field of Horizontal Drilling, Tunneling Piling. This has been set up to provide real time information to our customers and solve their problems related to HDD in the selection of Drilling fluid materials and Formulations and Best Practices in HDD and Tunneling operations. 

This fully equipped laboratory services are presently available in Hallo in Gujarat and Faridabad in Delhi NCR region where our customers can come and test their products, formulate different drilling fluids and Additives and evaluate their performance .Plan their operations so there are no unforeseen problems once the operations commence. 

The laboratory ISO 9001:2015 certified and is fully equipped with the latest automated testing Equipment’s for API testing and also In-house developed testing methods by our Research teams specifically for Horizontal Directional Drilling.

In the future GDFCL plans to set up Drilling fluids testing laboratory in Eastern India and also Mobile portable laboratories that can be moved to sites for continuous Drilling fluid evaluation.
